HOW WE WORK
Good work.
Clear steps.
From the first brief to the final handover, the work needs a purpose, a scope and a way to check it.

Clarity at
every stage.
- 01
Understand the starting point
Share the goal, audience, existing setup and constraints. We review what is available and identify the questions that need answers before quoting.
- 02
Define the agreement
The written proposal sets out deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees, currency, planned stages and third-party costs. Payment and cancellation terms must be agreed before work starts.
- 03
Create, connect & review
Review designs, working pages or workflows at meaningful stages. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed before they affect the price or schedule.
- 04
Test & deliver
Check the agreed functionality and prepare the digital handover. Delivery can include files, account access, documentation or deployment, as defined in the proposal.
- 05
Support what comes next
If you need maintenance, reporting or ongoing optimisation, define the activities, frequency, responsibilities and end-of-service arrangements in a separate scope.
PRICING & DELIVERY
A proposal.
Not a guess.
Fees depend on the scope, complexity and support required. Our Packages page lists starting prices for defined scopes. Request a proposal to confirm the exact work and total; this site does not offer self-service checkout.
Before committing, the proposal should identify the total fee or charging basis, currency, any applicable taxes, payment milestones, delivery schedule and external costs. A project is not purchased simply by sending an enquiry.
Delivery schedules depend on the agreed scope and on receiving content, access and feedback. Websites, workflows and campaign work are delivered digitally; there is no physical shipping.
Typical fixed-price projects use a 30% start payment, 40% at an agreed milestone and 30% before final handover or launch. Your signed quote or Statement of Work may use a different schedule. Normal project and milestone invoices are due within 7 calendar days unless your agreement states otherwise.
Recurring services are billed in advance month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. You can cancel before the next billing date. Service continues through the already-paid period.
Third-party costs such as advertising spend, hosting, domains, licences, paid software and API usage are separate where applicable and will be identified before agreement.
An enquiry, discovery call or proposal request does not by itself create a contract. The agreed quote or Statement of Work confirms the scope, deliverables, fees, dependencies and project-specific terms.
