A sensible automation begins with a task you can explain. We need the current process, tool names, example inputs and an owner who can check the output.

You retain responsibility for authorising access to your systems. Sensitive data, third-party permissions, retention and human review must be considered before any live integration.

AI can produce incorrect or incomplete results. High-impact decisions need appropriate human oversight; automation does not remove the need for judgement. Usage limits and vendor changes can affect operation.

Do we need AI for every automation?

No. A direct integration or a rule-based workflow is often the clearer solution. We use AI only when it serves the defined task.

Can you connect any two tools?

It depends on their APIs, permissions, plans and technical limits. Compatibility is checked before a solution is promised.

Are software subscriptions included?

Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are identified in the proposal. They are not automatically included in implementation fees.
